From mid to intensiv fruty olive oil, very clean with pleasant green tones of artichokes  green grass and bananas, at taste appears a bitterness and balanced spicy tipical of the picual variety

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made of 2 variety of olives; mostly Picual and Nevadillo Negro, typically from the D.O.P. Montoro-Adamuz and well known for its very high levels of polyphenols.

Olives are harvested when they reached their optimal maturity.
